A pupil has SEN where their learning difficulty or disability calls for special educational provision, namely provision different from or additional to that normally available to pupils of the same age. Mrs Debbie Hughes is responsible for all matters regarding SEND at Frodsham Manor House.
We are an inclusive mainstream maintained primary school who caters for children and young people with a wide range of needs who are able to demonstrate capacity for accessing the mainstream curriculum with reasonable differentiation and support. We have no specialist provision but liaise with professionals to meet the needs of pupils who demonstrate an ability to access the National Curriculum with some differentiation. We follow specific plans provided by other professionals, where educational benefits are clearly evident.
